Clash of Clans doesn't start,please help

Guys,
When I try to start the game doesn't work...what should i do? I deleted and installed 10 times already ,but still nothing....I press OKAY but come again and again...write on the screen " Clash of Clans is free to play,but you can speed up your progress with in-app purchases.If desired purchases can be disabled in your device's settings. You must to be also 13+ To play"...
I have 25 and I bought a lot with my credit card here on COC,I don't need that info.. Please help..

Hi there, reading your post I assume you find your village to be missing?

To get your old village back, it needs to have been synced with Google plus or Gamecenter.
Just look at the top left of the screen, there should be a button that will allow you to sync the game with your Google/Gamecenter.

If your old village has not been synced, it is gone forever (as far as I know)

I don't know if it's missing,because doesn't start... I have only that image on my screen and every time when I press OKAY ,come again back...

Is your device Jailbroken? I just helped a person in private pmessage with the same problem.

If you're repeatedly getting that message then the only solution is to factory reset. Make sure you are connected to GC before doing this!

if your device is jailbroken, not all apps will work as it should.

Please remove everything that was not downloaded from the app store. Then your game should work fine without having to factory reset.

Try power on button and circle button at the same time to refresh or log out of gc then log in

This issue occured to others without having a jailbroken or rooted device. It can be caused from updating the device software, updating the app itself or by downloading plug-ins (from what ive seen so far and from my research). So the only way to get rid of this issue once anf for all is to factory reset the device, besides, jailbroken and rooted devices are not supported by SC.

If you remove all things that are not from the App Store it will fix the issue. Helped 2 people from private message that way so far who had jailbroken devices.

Whats your solution to non jailbroken and rooted devices? Couple of days ago there was an incident where someone update to ios 9.1 and had the same problem. Im fairly sure that jailbreak has nothing to do with it.

Factory reset, but I was only helping the people with jail broken devices. Just because it does not work for all instances does not mean it doesn't work for some, I never said it would work for all, just saying you're wrong about " the only way to get rid of this issue once anf for all is to factory reset the device"

Let's not turn this into a debate here, shall we? :) And I might as well add, since jailbreak is not intended for the device it CAN and likely WILL cause issues.

Totally agree with this. You might be able to avoid the issue but it might appear again eventually. Best option is to have a clean device.
