In battles and wars you should be able to have 10 extra seconds when you hit 90% or 95% on it.. I've always been doing 2* beacause of the time(i usually do 95-99%) so i don't think it's a bad idea if this would get implemented.

Save a Few troops for the last minute and drop them on opposite side of your starting point. if done correctly you should get your * * *. works for me
If you execute your attacks properly, you'll get the three star.
I'd not like that at all. The time limit is the time limit. 3 minutes from first troop-deployment.
I've lost count of how many times I've missed that last elixir storage by less than a second, getting a 99% 2-star attack. But I've also lost count of how many times it's saved me ;) and clan members from being 3-starred, too, leading to a war victory.
I think the 3 minute time limit is fine as it is. Just my opinion.
Why should you get an extra 10 seconds when other people can do it in the required time?
The problem is that if we get a 99% with this new 10 seconds, then we get more complaints asking for more time. Not to mention, part of the clash of cans strategy isn't just using a good army, but using it effectively, which includes getting the job done in under 3 muntes.
Part of the game is being able to pillage villages quickly, and adding this would nullify that somewhat.
Lol we lost by one star and war because I was the last attack and in the middle was the town hall and my troop completely dodged so it had like 5 hit points left and time ran out, I got one star when we needed 2 to tie and 3 to win, I got kicked from the clan afterwards lol.
A good war raider should essentially be able to raid bases wishing the 3 minute time. Although I personally love the idea because of bad experiences, I still think it would then require less skill to execute a proper 3* raid.
