I already have two links with separate pictures in them. So should I ask first then? And see what they say? And my I pad doesn't have that problem. I could send the pictures but should I keep it the same as the iPod and ask to send links?

and if I do this, and they accept all the information. Is it possible that they will relink the account to my new Game Center?

Just like meo has said earlier, contact in-game support, inform them about the issues you are facing trying to attach a screenshot and then ask them if you could send the pictures through e-mail.

I tried that but they keep telling me to send a screen shot. And when I tell them the date I made my village, they say it's Incorrect when I'm looking at my purchase history, I put the correct number down.

The day you made the village = the day you start playing = the day you open the app and have that village for the first time.
The day you purchase gem is probably way later, like when you are th6. Or did you purchase gem for your th3 already?

If you iPad casend picture, send them through iPad, no links.
On iPod, explain the technical difficulties: "here the links, if you don't accept it, can I send picture through emails and how? Do I need a keyword to put in the email to help you find it? Or do you prefer sending me an email to this address (insert email) so I can reply to you with the picture?"

if you can prove your ownership successfully, relinking account is a service they can offer. It takes time to verify all the details though to avoid possible abuse.

From iTunes histpry purchaseyou should be able to find the download date of the app (purchase the app). It is usually the date you start playing, or close to it. When you made gem purchase, iTunes usually sends email notification, either search through those emails or browse iTunes history purchase.

note: any apple ID connected to AppStore can make purchase on your village, if you have multiple appleID, identify first which one was used.

I can see all the purchases on my one iTunes account. And I see that I bought gems on that month. Like a month later when I got the app. So I don't see how it would be wrong at all. It's have everything. If I didn't use that account then it wouldn't be on there.ni can see all the purchases I've made too. So I know I've been using that account.

I sent a link on the iPod. Kept saying that my information was wrong when I don't see how it was wrong. I put the date exactly. Is there a special way to out the date? And kept asking for a screen shot when I kept saying I can't put on.

Then try to remember what happened with the first ever purchase you made on that account and in clash. Was that for the same clash village?

Would it be possible the first purchased gem on that village is from another AppleID? Is it possible the purchase you are looking at is for another village? do you happen to start clash over at sometimes on a different device (then the day you made you village is not recorded if you download the app from the cloud)...

If the list of purchase does not fit your village, please try to remember about all the thing you can about your clash life at the beginning.

I bought a sack of gems, two builders cost 1,500. A sake of gems is 2,500. I have 4 builders and that's all I died gems for. I didn't have any other account since then. And I can copy and paste it or screen shot it and send it to you. Which I can probably do that. Unlike the support chat. I said that I would provide a link multiple times but it was ignored and kept asking for a screenshot.

I cannot do anythign with your purchase screenshot, don't send it to me. I'm more curious about how Support read your message and reply out of way.

Can you take screenshot of support chat? I would love that.

I'll have to copy and paste it because I cannot add pictures by my gallery as it seems.

i can't copy the text either as it seems. Do you have an email I can attach the pictures to? That would be most helpful sir.
