Give them all the purchase date it has to be one of it? And yes, are you not contacting through iPod4? If you are, put a unique word (I woudl use player tag for example) so if they need to link tickets they have a way to find them.

but I need the right account I used to buy the tickets...my freshmen year in high school wasn't when I bought them..it was later than that...so all I need is the account I can't get into...I want my village on that account but I'm back to step one...

Do you know the GC / Apple ID username and do you have access to the associated email?

I know what the email is..I just can't get into it..

my case is not simple sir...I'm debating wether to call apple again and reset the security questions but I'll probably get the same story as last time..

I'm tired of dealing with apple and yahoo. Can I just switch my village to my brother android then switch it from the android to my iPad Air 2? If not the. Is there anything I can do? I want to get this resolved. I'll call apple support if I have too and see if I can get anywhere. I just hate how supercell put so much security to the accounts. I get that bad boys and girls will try to get it but it becomes a problem when the ACTUAL owners want their accounts and guess what. They can't because they were human and they forgot their account, Game Center, etc. I just want to get a code and load my village. But this life isn't that simple.

i sunk $40 into my village and feels like i have to forget about it because I can't get into the Game Center...

Unfortunately you can only link a device once so linking to Android would just make your game accessible on Android devices for that Google+ account. I am sure you'll get your account on your iPad Sor 2 soon, just be patient.
