Pekka

I was doing a bit of raiding im not sure if someone has said this yet but i think they should move pekka lvl4 to th9 as its a waste having two pekka upgrades on th10 and having to stay on level three from th8 to th9

Interesting idea. But do you even know the power of lv4 P.E.K.K.A? It would unbalance the game, so I have to disagree
