We like to keep a verity of tasks on the board all the time. Everyone enjoys doing something different. Let's face it, when the derby starts feeling like a job... it's not fun.
Currently in Expert league
We ask everyone to complete all tasks at 290+ points (sometimes it's hard to find those 300 point tasks)
Extra tasks you ask? We never ask anyone to take extra tasks. Your diamonds your choice. Although most players do take the extra task it's never required or expected!
we do share our derby log! After all, we are a TEAM!

HAY there plz join us we just made a nh about 1 hour and 20 mins ago and there is 2 ppl in it, the highest level is 88 the lowest which is me is 46. U guys would fit in perfect plz join. Im pretty sure u guys would be co leader if its fine with the leader. The leader ( level 88) has all land expanded & will trade for stuff and also has plenty of saws, axes and town stuff I also have those things. We ♥♥♥♥ to chat were active, fun and ♡♡♡ Derby. for such kind of rule but they are not welcome please don't ask for any kind of restriction.
#) I'm a very active player sometimes several hours a day, but sometimes I'm super busy in life and I'll be gone for days, not weeks. It's not a requirement to play often but as long as you play and don't disappear for weeks or months at a time, you are more than welcome in the neighborhood. I know that sounds like a rule, but I believe it's common sense that you've got to play.

We are a helpful group of people that are around 24/7 as we are an internationalneighbourhood(Australia, just to name a few). We believe in building a strong team that is willing to share and work together, even if it takes a long time. We communicate in English
We are looking for helpful, Farmers to be part of our hood. We are positive, encouraging and calm, drama isn't our thing. We are also fairlyindependent players that can hold our own most of the time but help is always there when needed. Our team is quick to help out with neighbors' boat crates, truck or town orders. Dairy boats are usually sent away as it takes up too much of our neighbors' resources for too little XP.
We trade all expansion tools and town tools (barn/silo/land/town) at default prices. So if you are looking for a place to do quick trading, we are the hood for you!
We sell food and other products at full price without trading. We tend to prioritise our neighbors first before advertising in our stall. This is your personal preference, but majority of us prefer to offer it to our neighborhood first.
This neighborhood is established to be an active chatty trading community. Players are encouraged to communicate in the chat for derby coordination, trading and helping.
Derby Participation (Opt In / Opt Out)
Although we are a derby competitive hood, we also understand that you may sometimes want a break from Derby. If you would like to sit out from derby, please select "Opt Out" from game settings before the next derby starts. We are not looking for players who have zero interest in Derby as we are a hood that really enjoys derby.

We are a very laid back kind of neighborhood, but we do win at the same time. We work and have busy lives and familys so we don't do drama, we like to have fun, after all it is just a game. and we don't hassle other players about their tasks as long as you get your tasks done that's all that matters. Even if you don't chat that much that's okay too. But we do help each other in and out of the derby. Come check us out for 1 derby and see what you think.
