This idea has been suggested many times before, I suggest you get a petition going if you would like your voice to be better heard by SuperCell.
In my opinion this is not a brilliant idea as every gem box/achievement we get will be used for speeding up the builder's huts work. therefore the upgrading process ends quite sooner and all of us gets the maxed TH 10 bases which makes the game not so interesting. The concept of the game should remain like it is now. When having patience, you will achieve the baxed base. This is the extraordinary in COC.Quote:

This is a bad idea, supercell wouldn't do anything that decreases there profit because then people wouldn't spend as much as normally on gems to speed things up.
