In clan war we cannot see enemy clan castle troops but after the attack on the enemy clan members must be able to see the clan castle troops during scouting.
Such that if another member attack on the same opponent then he can see clan castle troops during scouting, no need to watch preview of previous battle.

Many players may not want to watch previews of previous battles..
So you want to attack the number 1 in war with the lowest player in your war clan and surrender just to see what is in the number 1 clan castle?
Lets say Town hall 7 attack an opponent and gets only 1 star so another player attack on that opponent to get more stars So he does not need to see the preview of previous battle
This is not necessary and might cause some issues, aka the first attacker did not successfully drag all the troops out, yet the game will reveal you all the content of the CC.
Like let's say the first attacks with air troops only but in the CC there might be some hogs, giants, barbarians, valks, etc, troops that won't go out so the 2nd attacker would have the CC revealed even if the first attacker did not manage to reveal it himself.
It's better to keep it the current way where if it was revealed, you can watch the replay and see the troops yourself.
This can be fixed by showing only those clan castle troops which are dragged out in the battle.
