So my idea about the Halloween cauldron would be maybe instead of being rewarded 75k for spending 25k. Why not make it so you get dark elixir.
Christmas trees supply gold
Halloween headstone/cauldron supply dark elixir
And possibly something for easter? Like maybe an egg ? Could be for elixir.
It sounds like an interesting idea and kind of makes sense to give DE actually since the Halloween has this theme of dark. However, it is too late to change them now so unfortunately they will stay like that I'm afraid..
I'm not saying it would be this year. But something they could change in the future for sure. Would only be a small tweak

Maybe next year for halloween yes for sure they can do that since mentioned by devil9394 it is to late. For upcoming holidays they could try that since it's not to late for it as we haven't hit the months of any other holiday (except Halloween)
One concern is that what about the people who haven't unlocked DE yet? What would they get since DE for lower level players are unavailable . Or a player may be at the right level but hasn't placed a DE Storage yet and a drill. How would they get it if DE and a storage for it isn't available just yet?
A lot of people collect these and just leave them on their base. Like myself. I have a headstone, couple Christmas trees, and a cauldron kicking around.Quote:

Like I said, ♥♥♥♥♥♥... one doesn't need to get rid of the cauldron. It can be kept on your base. No one said they had to get rid of it. If they can't collect dark elixir yet because they don't have a dark elixir storage. Then they can keep the cauldron on their base until they are able to collect.Quote:

You said something along the lines of "good chance by the time the player gets to it the holiday event would be I've and those people would miss out". I'm not sure what they will be missing out on considering the cauldron won't ever disappear unless you pay to have it removed.
