You should be able to move obstacles and remove. This would be good because you could move/ decorate the obstacles around your base or in your base it would cost 300 elixir to move bushes and 500 elixir to move trees and 750 gold to move the little stones and 1500 goldto move the huge stones 3000 gold to move gem boxes and 5000 elixir to move the Halloween cauldrons 2500 elixir to move the gravestones

Yes! This idea should definite be implemented into clash because I have some Christmas trees from 2 years ago that are a little to close to my stuff and I would love to move them. This idea would be perfect for next update too because of town hall 11 and because the layout has been expanded to 44x44
The idea of obstacles is that they are naturally occurring; having this would remove that quality.
As for holiday obstacles, I think they should be the few exceptions.

Like Radiating said, obstacles are naturally occurring. But what if you could buy a _____ that lived in a _____'s Hut. It would cost 500 gems to obtain. And it would cost a certain amout of Gold to move an obstacle. It would have a timer like a Builder upgrading or building a building/defense but it would be working on a tree, stump, etc. when the timer runs out the _____ will return to her hut and the decorations would appear where you selected.
