def th10 from attacking th11 penalty

as of the current news/announcement we probably already know that there will be th11 which include the new hero + an excel from the current max level so offense would be an overkill against a th10.. i think a -10% lootable resource is too much for a th11 loot raid.. imo we should increase the penalty just for th11

Well being that we have no details on the specs for a TH11, no evidence that TH11s will be able to easily loot TH10s, no details on additional troops, spells, heros, etc, and no idea exactly when the TH11 update is going to drop....I agree, we should start making changes to it now.

It has been confirmed in clashcon that there will be a new hero in th11, no details or even a name yet tho
