I read your entire post. I really appreciate you taking a lot of your time to share with us everything you learned during Clash Con. Your post has settled a lot of my concerns about the update. It at least gives me patience to wait things out and decide what to do when the update hits. I too am higher in cups and may stay there and decide on dropping later. I will just switch to a more hybrid focus of cups and loot rather than just cups.Quote:

People are so demanding. You got 3 major update announcements yesterday. That wasn't good enough, people still want more. SuperCell should not release any sneak peeks. I don't think people are demanding sneak peeks strictly, but just clarification on when they'll release sneak peeks. I don't think there's any gain on SC if they just let all playerbase hanging with a new TH, new defense (without a name) and new hero (without a shape) announced. Even if they are still polishing the upcoming features, a statement saying that we need to keep waiting would do no harm. Instead they like to be "distant" from us players and keep things secret. That's a legit way to do that, but there's no way that people won't complain when they don't know what, when and where.Quote:

What i have been understanding, SC planned to have update ready for clashcon, but they ate too big piece of cake and still have lot to do. These delays are common when programming stuff, you can't say exactly how things go beforehand.
So let them polish things up and release update when its ready.
That's not a statement, that's a vague hint. They didn't say we need to keep waiting because from what Jonas said we can expect sneak peeks any day. Could be now or in mid November. The update could be in the first days in November or the Xmas update.Quote:
