Player's clan history - A remedy to some unfairness in wars

Second time this happen to my clan in a year: we declare war; some time (hours) after a match is found, a new player gets accepted into the clan - usually they're high ranking players, people you'd want in your clan.
The player was actually in the opposite clan, and entered into yours just to communicate strategies, bombs' and teslas' locations, castle troops, whatever they want.
The player left shortly after the war ended. Someone in my clan took a look at the opposite clan, and there he was, co-leading.
In this case the player was [edited: ask for details] from clan [edited: ask for details]. War with my clan took place between 18 and 19 october. And yes, I'm being so specific because I hope some action will be taken against these people. And yes again, we won anyway :p.

I'm not off-topic, though. This is unfair play, and we know it, but there's no rule against it. So, at least the leader of a clan should be able to see the last clans a player was in before getting into his own. That way if you're cautious enough you can outsmart these losers. Else, the only way to be safe is just not accepting new players during war, which is kinda frustrating, if you're always at war (my clan is).

If this is not possible, I'm seriously thinking about making a blog for reporting unfair players, as a database.

Totally unrelated topic: please increase the number of different military ranks: 4 is just not enough, and people would partecipate more in clan's life if they could make a career and gain levels (gaining levels makes you invest more energy on something... mmh, where did that come from?)

Hello, first of all name and shame is against the forum rules so i suggest you to edit and remove the player name and clan. As for the part were you suggest to be a list of previous clans a player was in, how long would that list be? Because lots of players are jumping from clan to clan to donate/get rid of unwanted troops. Plus the lists of every clasher will require an enormous amount of space in the database.

Ummmm...if there is no rule against it then it isn't unfair.

If you didn't actively seek them out (in forums or global) then don't accept them in your clan. Problem solved.

In my opinion, you cant call that an unfair play, because even though its just a game, this is a war simulation game...in real life war between clans, tribes, countries, or whatever you want to call it, sending spies is part of the strategy.
On the other hand, the leaders in your clan must be aware of this, thats why there is an option to change your clan type to "anyone can join", "invite only", or "closed"....just closed it in war time

I see this as your own clans irresponsibility that you let a spy into your clan. I also see "spying" as a valid war strategy (even though my clan doesn't do it). If you want a good trick to stop spy's I suggest that as soon as war starts you get a member of your clan to screen shot some pictures of they're clan members and check when you let people in to make sure they are not from the opposing clan.

If you want to promote fair play it'd suffice to attach the name of the last clan. Obviously that still expose you to someone who, after war has been declared, switch to yet another clan before entering yours. Still, that could discourage some of these people.
Surely this is not a final solution, but something should be done. I'm telling you, this just encourage more unfairness. People in my clan are ready to jump into this crappy clan and enter war just to hop moments later it has been declared.

I know I'm going to get another infraction for this comment but don't care. Create the blog. If supercell won't do anything about this then it's upto us as clashers to take it upon ourselves to do something about it.

Expose these cheets don't just do the spies also do the obvious 1 troop "mirror" attacks. I'd be more then willing to add the names of those I come across as well.

This could be loopholed by joining a join req leave clan so this would not remedy anything.
