Using Heroe's at war while it's upgrading in normal base.

Hello , i dont know if this topic has been opened before but if it is i apologize. So since we can use any other things (buildings, troops etc.) in war while its upgrading, we should able to use our heroe's. İts just a suggestion. What do you guys think about it ? İts just that when your in a clan that open's a war searh immediately when the other war finishes you really delay your upgrade alot to use them in war and it can take like forever to get your heroes at a high level. these are my thoughts ty.
