Notification Settings Add Ons

System notification (possibly able to be toggled) for :

*Whenever someone joins and/or leaves.
*Donation Request unattended formore than 20 minutes
*Promotion

This could be a major inconvenience for join req leave clans, also this would likely cause a lot of strain on SCs notif servers.
