Anti-Spy Clan Setting

What does the Anti-Spy setting do? During Preparation Day and War Day any new players that join the clan cannot view where bombs and hidden teslas are. They would still get the same base view as the opponent and get to watch live/replays. After that war is over the new player will get to see the full war base on all wars going forward.

What are the benefits? First and most obvious, other clans can't spy on your clan's bases and know where you hide your traps. Second, it would enable clans to be able to recruit new members and grow without the worry of letting in a spy.

Whether this is a universal setting or a configurable in the clan settings this would be very helpful to have.

There is a much easier fix to prevent spying. If you do not participate in cw, you should have the same view as an opponent. They are already doing this with cc troops on preparation day to prevent spies from filling all ccs with wall breakers.

I think spying is part of the game. If you let in a spy, you have bad clan management and over a long time, it is always the clans with good clan management that are successful in war.
On the other hand, I would also not be mad, if traps/cc troops where hidden.

Not true and you obviously didn't read my entire post. My clan is always in war which makes letting in new members a big risk so we always reject. We win wars but we only do 15 vs 15 so we aren't growing as a clan. Having this setting would allow us to accept new members during war time without worry of a spy.

Spying is a constant issue. People go to great lengths to spy. People even post guides lol. It would stink to join a clan and not see things but blame the spies for ruining it...

Won't work. Some clans have multiple brother and sister clans who they communicate with or they could just send in a friend from a different clan. You could drive a bus through the loophole that exists for spying. That is why I'm proposing this.

other than that don't accept new members during war day

I think a better solution is that anyone with a New tag cannot see your base. Pretty straightforward and is probably easier to code.
