Clan alies

Clan alies is when 2+ clans join forces. The chat will be now be Global/clan/ally now. So now you can chat with your allies. If you want an ally then send them an ally request. The maximum allies will be 5. I hope you think this is a cool idea. Thanks!

I don't think it's ruled out, I think it's in the pile that they may or may not be working on.
