Solution for nightmare cloud problem in titan/legend league
First:
1- Is not fun two wait 2/3 hours just to get a chance to attack a +1 cup base if win/-39 cups if fail.
2- Is not fun that a crappy attack from someone 500 cups below takes 1 star and 23 trophies of you.
3- The game has a basic flaw: Until you are a TH10 Maxed base it makes no sense to try to push further up the leaderboards (maybe only to supercell's financial team). This results in the majority of players trying to stay below Champions league to farm, and that results in less people/more search time in upper leagues.
4- The way the system of cups is set up right now, it rewards, not the best players, but the ones that have more TIME and MONEY.
THE SYSTEM SHOULD reward/punish players with cups not only for the level of the league they are in, but also for the difficulty of the attack their about to take on.
THE AMOUNT OF CUPS SHOULD CONSIDER:
% of cups for the amount of cups of defender.
% of cups for the strength of base (similar to the way the do matchmaking in clan wars)
a penalty/bonus for difference in TH level (already in place for the loot you can win)
This way:
1- More people would push regardless of the TH level.
2- The skill of the attacker is more important than the number of attacks he/she can pull off in a day.
3- More bases to attack will be available in higher leagues, with cup win/lose differential being more fair but still challenging.
