New battle overtime concept - game balancer

Love it, perfect, we need this.

We have all had those 99% 2 star attacks. If you are honest and watch your replays like I do you will always see that you could ave done something different. It is always your (myself included of course) fault. Live and learn and get better. I 100% disagree with this.

We've all had 99% attacks and I'm first to admit they are really frustrating (our current war was almost lost because of two 99% and one 97%). But this game rewards attention to detail. I don't think rules should change just because people get frustrated at being 'so close'.

My main problem with your idea is two-fold. 1. Why should players who cannot get all 100% of the base in the alotted time be given overtime? Plenty of other players can do it within the three minutes. And 2. This will just make 98% the new 99%. When does it stop?

I understand your frustration, but a fly ball that is caught up against the wall is just a really long out, it's not a homerun.

Sorry, but when the timer hits 0 you shouldn't be allowed extra time to accomplish what you couldn't do within the allotted time limit.

Part of being able to do a good attack is being able to get all buildings destroyed in the allotted time. Don't really like the idea you proposed, but I do agree with what Cheese said about mid-air projectiles being able to land.
