The update will be announced on the 24th, at clashcon, the release will hopefully follow soon after, but honestly nobody knows the exact release date.

Usually we get sneak peeks, and about a week later we get the update.
This is the first time they've ever pre-announced that they would be announcing an update though, so no one will know, until we all do.
