Hello, do you have this problem only with clash of clans? Have you tried to reinstall? What exactly do you mean with low graphic resolution, is it blurry?
Hi Manyolo,
Thanks for the reply, yes, i hava a couple of devices, S6, tab4 and never seen such poor quality on the graphics, like blurry yes, it only happens on clash, although im not a big gamer except for clash, lol.
All other games cant notice any difference between the devices.
Hi Manyolo,
Ive been searching for a solution and its a common clash bug in new flagship devices.
I think its a DPI settings problem, when on other devices the graphics show high resolution textures while in new ones poor graphics, clash still has an unsolved bug..So ..supercell please fix this
If you search on xda forum that has support for each device there are a lot of ppl with the same problem on multiple devices :(
Thanks anyway Manyolo i see you are very helpfull to all the members here, keep up the good work ;)
Best regards
This is not a bug. You have an older device like I do. As shown in private message, you still have the old report feature which sends a report to: clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net
Also, your sounds from tapping on buildings and defenses are all the same which gives me another hint you have an old device. I don't believe there is a way to resolve this, you'll have to play like that as it is. But I am sure you'll get used to it. I use an iPad 1 with iOS 5.1.1 all the time when I play as well on the forums.
Hi,
As i mentioned before, samsung galaxy tab S2 is the latest and most expensive tablet Samsung makes, and i bought it to play clash about a month ago, not old, and one of the best tablets in the market, as i dont use IOS, ando dont pretend to :)
Thanks for all the help but i guess that's not a solved issue, it detects as an old device, but its new and with the best hardware.
I have the same device and the same issue. I haven't heard of a fix for it yet. If anyone has the solution, please let me know.
Same happens on Boom Beach, this issue might be fixable.
I tried contacting SC about this issue. I just kept getting automated responses that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was saying . Pretty frustrating
Some of my clanmates have the same blurry/low-res graphic issue. It's a known issue, but it doesn't look like it's at the top of Supercell's priority list since the issue has been around for a while now.

Same Problem on my tab s2
Ive had the same problem. Hoping for a solution soon but there is a work around. If you reboot your tablet and start COC it will properly scale in full resolution and it looks insane on this tablet (i have the 9.7). Sometimes you have to reboot more than once but usually once will do it. As long as you don't kill the app the proper resolution will stick. If you kill it in task manager or hit the back button until you get the 'Exit Clash' prompt it will revert to low rez the next time you launch it. Every now and then (seems like once a week or so for me) it will randomly revert back anyway. So weird. Then you reboot and you're good again. FYI switching users on the tablet (multi profile) will break this which really sucks for me cause i have multiple clash accounts. Anyway this solution has kept me at bay. Hope it helps others.
The same problem (Galaxy TAB S2) I hope you find a solution, do not want to carry back to the store since it bought a week ago specifically for the Clash of Clans
Очень простой способ решения данной проблемы я сегодня нашол) Просто установите Game Tuner и наслаждайтесь)
A very simple way to solve this problem, I found today) Simply install and enjoy Game Tuner)

No change to the resolution problem :/ on tab s2
Hi guys,
I have the Galaxy Tab S2 and i have the same problem. But after a lot of research, finally i found an answer, go to Galaxy Apps and install Game tuner, it's an app of Samsung. I do that and it works, i dont have more problems with resolution. Try it and say something.
The tablet's specs outrun the game☺
Hey everyone, I have the 9.7 galaxy tab S2 and had the same problem. I downloaded samsung game tuner from the Google play store (it's free) used it, and now everything is super clear.
In fact I even made an account on here just so I could write in the forum. BTW this is on December 12th, 2015 post-TH11 update.
Cheers.

Hello peeps,
Just purchased a 9.7 tab S2 (yes it's a year later from the last post) and I too encountered the same issue. I followed the advice from others who posted in here, downloaded the same game tuner and problem solved.
The tab S2 is fenomonally better than my acer a510 tablet that had unfortunately fried on me recently (maybe age was a factor, yes minor detail), and was quite happy for this resolve. Thank you!
Cheers,
Bob
Same issue here (looks terrible on Tab S2) and using Game Tuner from the app store fixed it!
Note: other posts didn't mention this, but I had to open Game Tuner and choose "100% res" and *then* it looked better. Guess the Tab S2 was auto-changing the resolution when Clash launched and that made for bad scaling artifacts (e.g. "jaggy" pixelated edges on resource bubbles, etc.)
