Many people come here asking for help, advice or whatever and just get so disrespected. The rude comments are so unnecessary.

To answer your question, it's the internet. People find it much easier to be rude on the internet because there's virtually zero social consequences.

It's the effect of being a keyboard warrior, especially when discussing the game because many people may find the answer to be so obvious that they feel the need to make the person feel stupid as they explain to them.
And sometimes.. some people are just asking for it, that it just calls for the trolls to come out.
