"Clan war challenge"

Hi guys,
Just a suggestion for the new update..
can we have "Clan war challenge"?

this will allow one clan to declare/challenge another clan.

How will it work?
Select the clan that you wanted to challenge.
Once you are on their "profile" there should be a button there that can be labeled as "challenge this clan"
Just like war search Co - Leaders and the Leader are the only one to request a "challenge"
challenged will be sent to all the clan members "inbox"
but only Co - Leaders and the Leader can accept it.

How to "accept" the challenge?
3 people needs to accept the challenge for the war to start.
Leader and the 2 Co - Lead who has the highest trophy are the only people to accept the challenge
2 out of 3 should "accept" the challenge for the war to start.
If in the event that 1 voted for to "accept" the challenge and the other decline it, and the 3rd person was not able to vote. The player, who has the highest trophy, vote will win.

How long is the Voting process?
Voting process will take 24 hours from the time it was sent by the challenger.
Or after all 3 players made their vote.
Once voting is completed preparation day will start

Preparation day?
Once the challenge has been accepted, preparation will automatically start, just like the regular clan war.
In the event that either or both clans are still on their respective war, and accepted the challenge.
Once their war ended, automatically the war preparation for the "clan war challenge" will begin.

How many "challenges" can each clan accept and receive?
Each and every clan can only receive up to 5 challenges.
And can accept only up to 3 challenges only.
The first challenge your clan accepted will be the first one you will have war with.
Once the preparation started you can accept another challenge to complete the "3 challenges accepted at a time".

What is the purpose of this "clan challenge"
I wanted to request another ranking system where in the clan that has most number of challenges won (points) will be ranked first.
You can only challenge clans that is equal to or 1 win more than your clan.
Where in if you win, your clan will get 1 points so that your clan will move up.
Its like a ladder elimination where in your clan is required to beat other clan in order for you to be the highest.

Searching for clans to "challenge"
On the clan war page, there should be another button that says "clan challenges"
It will display all the available "active clans" that has the same or at least 1 point above your clan.
You can also challenge bookmark clans, provided that you have the same number of points.

Top Clans?
This will show who is the best clan when it goes to clan wars not only because they have a lot of trophy
