Yes good luck if you use that base!
A lot of TH10s have it easily figured out and will cheerfully raid you for your loot
(which is what you get when you copy bases, it's a risk you take)

The other points were all pretty decent though, but staying poor isn't an option when you are saving for "expensive" TH9 upgrades.
