I have been pushing through cups to get to Titans, I am in Titans now but took me a few weeks with no gems to do. I would Snipe TH8s and 9s a lot climbing. Around 4407 cups a TH8 wanted in my clan to ask if he can revenge me. So i was wandering if there was a to sequence to follow to accomplish this. Or is it even allowed. Or Coc prevented this recently.
You most likely attacked him, so he joined your clan to scout your base. Now he will leave and revenge you.
If you want to let him revenge you.
Have your shield down
Let him know.
He can leave the clan.
You go off line.
Then he can revenge you from his list.
You might still get found in multiplayer before he can revenge you because there is a short delay where you are visible to the multiplayer search but not yet available in the revenge queue
Take note: This is why revenge was changed. In the past, this occurred frequently. It was called Cheap Shielding. If you can manage to get it done, there's no rules against it. However, the up to 7 minute buffer that puts you, a TH8, into regular matchmaking will ensure someone other than your desired target will get your first. An easy TH8 target in champs? I doubt you wait long before you get attacked up there, especially with a TH exposed.

Ya we tried twice today... I told him to get out of the clan, log out, wait 5min, than log back in, spam the revenge button. He said he saw the message "owner online", than "base already being attacked". SC probably did something to the revenge feature.
Why would you want him to revenge you when your up so high in trophy's?Quote:

Top players used to exploit the revenge system. SC patched it. There used to be a small window from where players could log off and another player could revenge them before they entered the matchmaking. Now that isn't the case and with so many players searching for bases up there at the same time it's highly unlikely you find him first.

I believe this window is about 7 minutes, and it is rare that any base which is worth revenging will last more than a minute or two before being hit at Crystal or higher.
before a revenge can be done, there is one minute and ten seconds of time you're in the clouds and un-revengeable. So in that one minute ten seconds you'll most likely be taken being that high in the clouds.
