TH10s can be a huge asset or liability. If they have 30+ heroes and are good attackers, then they can be a big benefit, as they can get solid 2 stars on the TH10s and 3 star the TH9s. If the TH10s are only 2 starring TH9s, then ditch them. Th9s that can't 3 star or at least use 3 star strategies, leave them out. TH8s that want to gowipe, leave them out.
Basically....Leave out the people who you know are weak attackers. You know the people that you hold your breath on when they attack. The people who rushed their defense and have low heroes and troops. You can carry a couple people, but not the ones high up as easily. Get rid of the little guys, they don't help any and are way too easily leveled.
