This is supposed to be how it works and I don't think there always has to be a winner:D
can you show us that the war has finished with those stats?
right now you've cut out just the statisticswindow so these stats could be halfway the CW, i've had that aswell.
It's very rare to end the CW with totally equal stats.
oh and btw, winter is coming, even in kings landing =P
Average time could also be a way, in which case you'd have lost.
Only total destruction counts because average destruction I believe factors in attacks that weren't best attacks and didn't count toward your total, and would also not count bases you left unattacked...say for example they 1 starred your top 2 bases and you didn't attack theirs at all, but instead got 3 stars on more lower bases--of course your average destruction ends up being higher. Is it fair to say you won if you tied on stars and total destruction because they went after your top bases and you didn't go after theirs?
Yes, there will still be the occasional tie, but it's much rarer now, especially in a war the size of the one you posted.
Well ties do show up in the war log, but yeah most people basically consider it a loss because the bonus for tying isn't much better than the bonus for losing.
Before, ties were a bit too common. Now, they're fairly rare, especially in larger clans. The main thing though is what is considered a fair tiebreaker, and what isn't? I had this discussion before, more pertaining to tournaments, where you really can't have anything end in a tie, and the discussion turned to attack length...is it fair to say that one three star attack was more perfect than other because it took less time? This changes the standards of the game, and could shift strategies dramatically, to the point where players may move away from attacks that tend to develop more slowly in favor of those that have a better chance to clear a base faster.
They were a strong clan with great attacks and prob should have won.
