At least with support I wouldn't mind waiting an extra day just to get something that is actually personal and not a shortcut.
Most of the time the shortcut is only vaguely related to the topic and doesn't even answer the question at all. I think the lack of individual responses and shortcuts is what pisses people of most about their support.

I agree on certain part but on the support part I have tested it many times & results were improving. As for sound I never turn sound/music on as it distracts me from focusing on my attacks.

Clash of Clans has sound?!
Visuals is not bad, considering they want to keep the file size at a minimum. Devices these days are stronger, better graphics, but the downside of utilizing all that power is then the games require WiFi to download and play.
Glad to hear support is improving. I know they get alot of terrible complaints there and I assume that's why their replies are so often way off base. Last time I used support I was given a computer generated response based on a few key words. It actually wasn't even remotely close to the situation I was talking about. Glad this area is improving because COC is doing a great job in most every other area.
