TH10 looking for DE is like the easiest thing in the world. Go anywhere and you'll find it. Just cook a decent army. There is not some mythical land full of TH9 with 2500 DE every raid. At some point you gotta sack up and attack TH10. Or you'll get frustrated with all the nexting.
But in all seriousness....
Climb to at least Crystal. In crystal you can find 2000+ DE from TH9 without nexting toooooo much. It will still take some time. The good news is you can probably get it with max GiBarch (all level 7) and just 1 hero. THis is how I farmed my AQ from 30 to 40 nonstop. Only using BK for 10 weeks.
Masters... idk much about masters. Seems like dead territory with not that much loot yet still pretty hard bases. I think some of my TH9 clan members farm somewhere in Masters using Super Queen and they are able to get 2000+ per attack.
Champs. This is where the men go to farm DE. Cook a real army not a puny Barch. If you're a baller (or if you have access to both heroes while farming) you can probably get away with a lot of Giants and Wiz. Look for 3000+ DE and make sure you win at least 80-90% of the raids for another 1200 bonus.
I farm Champs 2 around 3500 with only my AQ now cuz my BK is always upgrading. I use 2 golems, 12 giants and a bunch of wiz. Couple archers and min for clean up.
For me, this is true "lazy farming" because I logon every couple hours and do 1 raid then logoff. If I succeed in ~5 raids per day I can keep my BK upgrading nonstop. I try to find 3000 DE per raid. If I'm lucky I'll have a couple raids per day north of 4000.

Masters 3 and up - youll get lots of snipes each day (i normally get 5-10 depending on how active i am), and with a loonion army youll be able to get to the core of bases. Dont worry about level 1 infernos if they are spaced out enough. 2-3 rage spells and a poison if needed and youll be getting 50% with the DE bonus too.

Im a 7 days old th10 1 camp lab and sf is done. 3 camps + cc isupgrading and i just farm de.
queen 31 king 31 upgrading to 32
my farming de stats:
- league crystal 2
- no boost
- army gibarch - 10 giants 60 barbs 6 wb rest archers
- cc: any from archers giants barbs wizards , ...
- spells 1 jump 1 heal 3 rages. I usually use 2 spells if de is in center of a th9
- only queen 31 is available.
- attack any 1500+ de
- always next and snipe between raids. gold is nothing for me cause i just dump extra loot in walls and i even dont want to upgrade walls because of more war weight.
- average de per hour is 10K. 2k only from th snipe. it is average number. today i farm 6k in first hour but then i found one th9 with 5.5k de in one raid!!! then i found 2 full lvl6 drills base so i farm 10k in 10 minutes!!!! so average number is 10k per hour.
In the first week of th10 i farmed 8k de per hour no hero no spell and no boost i could upgrade both heroes to 31 in the first week with just 3 hours playing each day.
