Not in the derby!

For the second time i am not in the derby, I was opt IN for the derby both weeks.
please help

I was in the Derby this morning and doing a fishing task. I logged out to drive to work and now my task is blacked out and my fish caught this morning are gone. There is no counter on my homepage anymore. I didn't change any settings.

Hmm, when did you opt in? During the 24h pause, or while the previous Derby was ongoing?

I opt in during the previous Derby, I only opt out for 3 minuts, after completing my tasks, to see of it was possible to opt out already, I could still see the taskbord when I had opt out. Then I choose to opt In again. But since than I am out of the Derby, while its green with the advanced settings.

Same thing happened to me last week. I opt in for the derby, wanted to play, but found that I was not in. Help and support told me, this had happened to other players, too. Now I am waiting if I will ever be able to opt in. Nobody has told me up till now, what I have to expect on Tuesday when the new Derby begins.:confused:

I'm back in this week, I went out of the NH for an hour, went back to my own NH, and now this week I'm back in derby.

We had someone OPT OUT their button went grey, it's still grey, but they are IN.

SOOO frustrating.

Nick, of of our members was OUT in the previous derby
During the 24hrs pause, she opted IN and within a few minutes opted OUT again. (way before the current derby started)

This did not work well, because she is IN now...

It is still happening...is there a solution in sight?

We have someone who opted out, and is still grey'd out, but is 'In Derby'. We are having to waste our additional, diamond bought, tasks simply to cover her tasks, so we will probably drop a league because of it.

Please, what can be done to stop this happening again!?

We just can't carry people who OPTED OUT but are still IN the Derby. We are wasting our diamond bought tasks to simply make up for the EIGHT? Therefore we are dropping down the rankings :(
