Combine Builders

This idea has been on my mind for a while now and it isnt to boost the builders with gems like the resources. But to let two or more builders work on the same upgrade.

Now what im thinking is with every additional builder the wait time decreases by 10%. If you think the percentage is too steep id suggest at least 7% decrease in time.
