1-Yes.
But what if the town hall is behind the wall she didnt hit?
2-Yes.
But what if the dragon avoid the archer queen to got for the town hall and she kills the dragon before he get to destroy the th while he could kill the AQ first and the TH after?
There is no just a yes or a no as an answer to these questions. When people farming and the AQ goes for the TH instead of the storage then the AQ is stupid. When at war AQ goes for the storage instead of the TH then she is stupid again.
Yes, it depends on the troops positioning but, most often, it happens with every player....I'll try to make an actual poll next time....;)
