Mature Level 6 WAR clan looking for TH8s and above

We are a relatively small clan (20), almost exclusively TH8-TH10. We let a few people go after a string of non-attacks, and we are hoping to add some new members who are serious about war.
What you may want to know:
We are based in the U.S. and we war always. Leaders will keep your war CCs filled with any max troop you need, and you won't wait long to have your CCs filled in between war.
As a Level 6 clan, all donated troops bump up a level (in case you didn't know)
We are all pretty much in our 20's and 30's. Ideally, we would want similarly situated clan members, but this is not an absolute requirement so long as you are dedicated.
We have one rushed member, who does not war.
There is no donation ratio requirement, but higher level guys should reasonably donate as a measure of good faith, and to help out during war.
Our war log is a mixed bag, but our recent losses were largely attributed to leaving attacks on the table, which we are looking to change by recruiting.

We are a laid-back group, and we don't put pressure on people simply because they don't three-star every time. We only ask for a few things:
Requirements are TH8 and above with at least level three drags or level four hogs OR 100 war trophies (some wiggle room if you have either drags or hogs in your lab).
You must attack twice each war. This was the single biggest issue with new players whom we picked up through global, and it was the difference in quite a few wars. If you are sitting out war or not attacking twice immediately, we understand, but this is probably not the best fit for you.
Don't short yourself in war. Use your best troops, and request max troops for attacks. We only care that you care about competing, not that you might fall short of the three star for whatever reason. We all have our hiccups. We will not freak out or remove you because you failed to get a three star (or two star at higher Town Halls). What we will do is try to help you out and develop, as we do for each other.
(Note we have one rushed member and one TH6. Neither of them participate in war).
