Use of Hero's on upgrade

Sure would be nice to able to use Hero's in war, while they are on an upgrade.

This is incorrect, its not in the ruled out ideas list, that means that it might happen soon or they are consider adding it in the near future.

Okay, well it isn't ruled out, however it will not happen anytime soon, due to what I have stated before.

I'm not a developer, I have no idea how technically challenging it is or not to make this happen but I presume it's not like adding a small new feature to the game.

The team is aware of this popular request, and as I mentioned before the idea is not ruled out, just difficult to achieve at this point.

Still cant see where it says that it wont happen soon. She clearly "presumes" the difficulty to achieve it. Saying it is difficult to happen is far from saying it wont happen anytime soon.
