Clan Recruiting Midlevel Players for Wars

US:

The Guardians #2COQRLLO has 20 members and we'd like to increase that to 30. We are an adult clan, several players know each other in Chicago and we have a lot of players in the UK. The clan communicates in English and has recently created a separate clan site to aid in player development.
We've been around for a year and a half and have worked to rebuild our clan and focus more on wars than farming. We war twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We've recruited in the past by simply opening membership to anyone but this has't provided us with reliable steady players. We require clan mates opt in and out of wars in their profile. Clan mates who attack in war are promoted to Elder. The elder title can be lost by not attacking. We currently have 7 co-leaders forming a strong diverse core. The clan has 4 players with 80+ experience.
We are generous with our reinforcements but require that everyone donate something to receive. Weve recruited in the past by simply opening membership to anyone but this has't provided us with reliable steady players. Members in the clan have access to all troops, our town halls range from TH5 to TH10. We are working to improve our war scores and are experimenting with different strategies.

We want new members who have more than 40 experience points. Our current trophy limit is 1200. We need you to be active and prepare for war battles. This is a great opportunity to join a clan and grow with it. New players that bring leadership and strategy will find the clan a rewarding group.
