Dual Laboratory

I've been findings spells and troops to be upgraded from the samel lab a bito of a pain.
Why can't the lab be split into TROOP section and SPELL section?

To allow for Simultaneous SPELL and TROOP Upgrade?
I feel this will be a nice addition :)

Please read the stickies before posting, the idea you suggested is currently ruled out:

*Add a second laboratory or a second slot in current lab to do two researches at once
