Why is he weighted higher?

I'm thinking troop levels does affect war map rankings and not just defenses. I'm a maxed TH10 where active defenses are concerned, (88 Lvl10 walls left to be upgraded) . Queen 40/ King 32, I have Lightning,Earthquake, haste, goblins pekkas and dragons left in my lab. The person above me on the map has maxed defenses with mostly lvl 10 walls, lab completed and 40/40 heroes. I'll confirm weight (avail gold) on war day.

He must have higher defensive buildings than you. War rankings are determined by 2 things. Defensive buildings & traps.

The first base looks like TH8 base. And where is his AQ?
So I will go with, he still don't put his new buildings to his warbase.
Dunno if that also affect weight.

to all the people saying I have lower levels than him, he has close to fully max TH 8, I have fully max TH8 plus some. But yes, upon further review he is building Xbows and has not yet updated his war base. No picture because he just got attacked an isn't online
