2nd degree co-leader

2ND DEGREE CO-LEADER
This is for Leaders that want to have a 2nd in command. This is kinda like if the leader is on holiday or something and can't be on clash of clans. Since you can have lots of co leaders this is a one person job. its the backup leader sorta. The leader can still demote them or kick them but the 2nd in command cant kick the leader. This is Conby Bond Approved :) Also approved by Tek.

But if the leader temporarily makes a co be leader, the past co could kick out the past leader, making the whole system untrustworthy
