I was mistaken, the spoils of war achievement grants 5k XP, not gems. Still, if there were to be a 5k gem achievement, it should be the third star in Unbreakable.
100 gems seem to be the reasonable amount. Shouldn't take too long to accomplish though if you snipe TH non-stop.
