Wrong hayday game connected to facebook.

Hello,

a friend in my neighbourhood seems to have some trouble with her facebook connection.
The game she plays with (level 89) can't connect to her facebook.
Another game she once started is connected to her facebook account. She doesn't play with the connected game (level 12), but would like to connect the level 89 game to facebook.
We can't figure out how to get this done. Is the level 12 permanently linked to her facebook or is there any way to work around this and get her real game connected to facebook so she can trade with/help her facebookfriends?

NOTE: sometimes there is a connection but it dissapears in a few seconds.
