Wizards on wizard towers should be same level as the wizard troops and same goes to archer towers. Towers upgrade should apply just to tower bases.

You mean same level as the troop level you have? Obviously we don't have level 8 archers or wizards while we do have level 8 towers. And yeah that would be a cool little graphical addition.
