looking for loyal players to aid in running lvl 5 clan

So here's the deal...

I recently acquired a clan that is 365 experience away from being level 6. Right now it's my 2 accounts (TH8 and 9) my buddies mini (just turned TH8) and 2 others. I am hoping to find a few loyal, adult members, that wouldn't mind hanging around while the clan fills up and help with war search, filling of war cc, recruiting and what not.

I'm looking to have a mostly adult clan that wars back to back, and isn't too crazy with the rules. Obviously I want to win every war, but I know losses will happen. I have seen clans fall apart due to a streak of hard wars. I don't want to be that clan.
