Hello everyone! I wanted to drop below 200 trophies.just to check out the Loot there. And I know it sounds pretty easy to do. Just drop a barb and end battles. Well I taught so too. But I just don't get an opponent. It will be searching in the clouds for like half an hour before giving me a base with which I can only loose 4 trophies. So how am I supposed to drop 300 more trophies (am at 529 trophies) any help will be appreciated. :)
i have dropped to sub 200 a few times and i am not sure why you are getting clouds for half an hour at times....safe to assume you are on a good internet connection?
Sounds like you may be having connection issues. If I have a lousy signal it will take me massive amounts of time to find an opponent.
My internet speed is 7 msps I think that's good enough for clash. Anyways you said you dropped to sub 200 how did you do it will all the defense wins?
And how is the loot in sub 200 for a th8?
I've done it multiple times. I just drop the king and surrender. Doesn't cost any troops
The only thing I can think of other than drop-and-surrender is keeping your TH totally undefended outside your base surrounded with decorations so raiders see there couldn't possibly be traps on it.
already tried this 2 weeks ago and still got raided by silvers, i m a th8
Apparently there must be more to matching than just trophies. I guess - I'm in Crystal 2 at the moment and have never been higher, but get raided by people from Masters 1.
Between that being raidable by Masters and 200 trophies being raidable by Silver... huh.
If I find any clues about matchups with vast trophy differences, I'll mention it here if it seems applicable.
Now I'm curious how this is even happening.
As far as I know, it no longer works doing it. I'm a town hall 9 who dropped sub 800 trophies to get my unbreakable achievement. However, that was as low as I could get before seeing clouds. Supercell wants you to be in a league that works based off your offense/defense. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I feel like the issue is.
Sub-200 isn't a thing anymore. Not effective for farming.
waste of time dropping below 200. The time it takes you to get to under 200, would be better spent looting. You will spend most of your time in the clouds as you drop. When you do get below 200, you end getting targets above 200 anyway, because there are few if any opponents under 200 also.
