1. The most common strategy is to postpone mining. Shovels and exlosives are believed to be hard to get (wrong actually), smelters are expensive, smelting is super-slow (true, but 5 smelters cope with this). Fishing (the real fishing) requires vouchers, but the best source of vouchers is smelting bars and crafting jewelry, so it's not an option. So, most players believe that ice cream maker is the best.

3. The third option is that I can give you enough coins to repair mine and fishing boat today, and build ice cream maker as soon as you level up. No need to return, I have 200k and just one machine left (candy machine, still two levels apart).

Let's math a bit. Fishing boat: 39000, supplies with fish fillet (can be requested by boat, itself or as an ingredient in other fish produce), every new fish gives you a diamond, fishing is fun. Mine: 26000, consumes shovels and explosives, supplies with ore that you need to smelt bars that you need to earn vouchers. Smelter: first goes for 11000, every next is 10k more expensive, up to five. Ice Cream Maker: 42195, makes ice cream that you will need for boat, board orders, and roadside shop (if advertised, will be gone in seconds, no matter the price).

In total, you need 118195 coins. I have those for you. Please check your private messages (PM) inbox.

First, have you achieved Captain III ? It is more easier at low level. Turbo Trucker ? When you can predict almost all order, it should be more easy too.

STOP doing boat orders and truck orders for a while. Just cast off boat, fill crate with crops only (I bet you read about the wheating therapy). Sure you will hate to wait but it is for making coins. Filling crates gets you XP you might not want now.


Make coins by producing most profitable product of each machine and do not forget to ADVERTISE (Use 10 Eggs at full price, easy to collect too). You can get follower who may turns into regular buyer/helper.
- COW FEED and CHICKEN FEED - You need milk for DAIRY, eggs for pie/cake. Feed Mill use your crops, make space in your silo and you can harvest again.
- BUTTER - 82 coins - 30 min (everyone will buy it)
- BREAD - 21 coins - 5 min (when the bakery is busy and people need to make burger, they will buy bread)
- CORNBREAD - 72 coins - 30min ( to alternate with BREAD)
- BROWN SUGAR - 32 coins - 20 min (boat always need sugar !!!)
- POPCORN - 32 coins - 30 min (buttered popcorn is more profitable but still less than butter alone, and boat needs popcorn in great quantity too)
- PANCAKE - 100 coins - 30 min (more profit than brown sugar alone)
- CARROT CAKE or RED BERRY CAKE if you can. Alternate those 2 because RED BERRY is more easier to make.
- BLUE WOLLY HAT - 111 coins - 1 hour
- VANILLA ICE CREAM - 172 coins - 2 hours
- As for Pie Oven, alternate Carrot Pie / Bacon Pie / Pumpkin Pie.


Once you have a lot of coins, you should be near to level up to level 29 and ready for the Ice Cream Maker (42195 coins). If that is not the case, you could go for the boat (3 days to repair) and keep making coins for Ice Cream Machine.

Thanks all for the great advice!! I will consider all of it, and see what works best for me. I do have my Captain III, but not my Turbo Truck yet. I won't spend real money on diamonds, so I save those for expanding slots in my machines, and maybe hiring Tom again so I can expand my barn and silo (I never seem to have enough room).
