Level 4 Pekkas at TH9

Level 4 dragons were moved down to TH9 in the same update that level 5 dragons were released. However, level 5 PEKKAs were released over a year ago. If they were going to move the level 4 PEKKA down to TH9, don't you think they would have done it by now?

TH9 didn't get level 4 dragons until after two new air defense structures were added to the game. So why hasn't the level 4 PEKKA been moved down as well? Because nothing significant enough has changed as far as ground defense goes to justify taking away another troop level upgrade from TH10 and giving it to TH9.

In my opinion, TH9's offense is powerful enough as it is at this point in time. If something significantly changes the ground defense at TH9 in the future, I could see TH9 possibly getting access to the level 4 PEKKA. But for now, no.

I agree with you, but why a th10 have 2 pekka upgrades?
Just to make pekka lvl4 totally useless?
Why didn't they make pekka 4 stronger instead of creating pekka5.

I could say the same thing about the level 3 Golem and the level 3 Valkyrie at TH9....

I agree whether you use pekkas or not it would def smooth out the upgrades, plus a max th9 is just as hard to star and a th10, and seeing as witches are useless until upgraded it will def help th9 on the higher end
