Clan replay of the week/month, new clan messaging options.

How about adding feature for clan leader to post a "Replay of the week/month" in "My clan". This would help keep leaders more active and show appreciation to members that are going above and beyond.

Letting leaders and co-leaders send messages to specific members to let them know about issues and warn them before they get booted, would help keep clans more manageable. Adding push notifications for troop requests during clan wars and/or messages from leaders/co-leaders, would be extremely useful.
