OK, now the way how you can change your name for free once is cool. But not being able to change it again is pretty ridiculous, at the very least make it to where it costs gems after the first one. If you do, don't make it stupid expensive, I'd say start at 5 & it doubles after that, that's just my opinion though.
IMO, one name change is enough.
This is your name (In-Game-Name) not your facebook profile picture.

IGN is a pretty meaningless entity and I can't see why anyone would care enough to need to change it more than once. Except perhaps people who want to troll a clan, so allowing multiple changes would do more harm than good.
