How is my Town Hall Level 6 Trophy base?

So I am in Gold III guys and I am losing every defense. People are one-starring my base easily with just 80-100 barbarians and archers. Air troops were wiping me out super fast so right now I have adjusted my base to give me the most aerial attack protection and still have good ground protection but I am STILL losing defenses every day and 200 barbarians and archers are getting 2 stars on me so I really need help.

Because you're at TH6 you shouldn't be relying on defenses for trophy gains. I suggest putting on a farming base if you're trying to get to get to a high league.

Okay thanks so should I attack people for trophies because right now that's the only way I earn trophies lol. All my defenses are unsuccessful (except for people that use only 1 barbarian lol). Ok so I should focus more on attacks than defenses for trophies? Oh and btw can you tell me if my new base is better than my last one?

Look up a TH6 farming base on youtube and use that. Next I would use a strategy called sniping. You look for bases with the town hall outside and take it out for a easy one-star. Do that for a while and you'll have gained a good bit of trophies.

I'm Townhall 5 and what happens is this: when you push your trophies you will get attacked by people who also pushed trophies. They are experienced considering they attacked often. So no matter what you will do with your base you will get attacked good.

As i said i have same problem. And i have this problem since TH4. I tried attacking and going offline so i get attacked to test my base. Lost. Again attack and offline, lost again. Switched base, repeated. And so on, till i realised that no matter what you do with your base you will always lose against higher level Townhalls. If your trophy is higher than average you will lose for sure on defence.

Right now at Townhall 5 i get wrecked by giants and healers in more than half of defences, and there is no chance to survive that for me. If i get attacked by barbarians + archers i lose outside buildings and i dont have walls to get them inside unless i just use my walls in a square, wich is a realy bad base.

My opinion from all of this is that if you go for trophy, use Townhall outside. You lose defence anyway so at least drop 6-10 trophy instead of 30+ and a lot of gold/elixir. Right ? Cause lets be real,we lose less trophy this way.

PS: my trophy is 1300-1400 at townhall 5. Probably thats why i have same problems as you.

Hi mate just looked at your new base looks pretty good, I would change and have an arch tower and cannon together rather than two of the same together.
I was the same as you had over 1400 trophies but was getting hit all the time by the bigger boys!!
I found the only way to keep up was to attack several villages to get trophies then when your attacked wait till shields nearly up and go again this way your gaining more than loosing!!
I've since dropped back to silver and started farming to Max th6 which I've now just done so I will soon be heading back up again!!

I know what town hall sniping is that's what got me to gold III. But in gold 3 no one has their base like that so yeah... But I will look up farming.
