New building Idea

Hello guys !

First of all, sorry for my bad english, i'm french and got only basics skills in this language.

So, my idea is to get a building cancelling spells effects ! (on a 3x3 for lvl 1 ? 4x4 lvl 2? 5x5 lvl 3?... area)
Spell will be possibly used again if the building is destroyed.
For the price and the townhall level required, i haven't thniked anything about thiss, but maybe 2,5 millions gold and a townhall level 8 to build it?
