Clan perks. Clan perk 10 and another.

Ok, I and many in my clan, a war clan, love to win wars. In the event that we dont, it's tough on the resources.

We propose that a clan perk, no matter where implemented (6-10), that states, 'a war loss results in 'x' percentage of war win bonus'.

I'm thinking about 50-85 percent, with possible perk progression, like the troop refund perk, and the bonus loot perk.

Do not confuse this with a clan trying to farm war losses. It could happen, but most clans capable of reaching. Lvl 6+ are not going to do that. We are about the win.
